Caregivers, Huntley – Reflection Home Care – Huntley, IL

Reflection Home Care is searching for a compassionate and reliable caregivers for our clients in the Huntley area.

CNA certification is not required, however a year of Caregiving experience is required.

Multiple positions available:

• Male client in need of care on Wednesdays and Thursdays, from 9am- 5pm. Occasional Saturdays shifts are needed as well, 9am- 3pm.
• Male client in need of care for 4 hours, 3x week… Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 12pm- 4pm.
• Female client in need of care 3 days a week, 4 hour morning shifts (9am-1pm). Ability to speak German is a plus!

Responsibilities may include:

• Assist clients with personal care, including showering, toileting, and incontinence care
• Help with transferring, and/or assisting with walking/ambulating, including the use of adaptive equipment (walkers, wheelchairs, hoyers etc.)
• Companion care, including medication reminders, accompanying to medical appointments, errands, meal/snack preparation and clean up, and light housekeeping
• Completion of electronic visit documentation

Qualifications:

• One year caregiving experience required
• Proof of state issued driver’s license and valid auto insurance
• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent communication skills
• Pass background check/ fingerprinting and drug screening

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 – $15.00 per hour
