Responsibilities:

  • Determine appropriate treatment intervention(s) to achieve client’s desired outcome based on type/severity of problem(s) as well as client’s motivation.
  • Develop treatment plans in coordination with clients to establish goals and provide appropriate interventions to achieve objectives.
  • Be able to provide clear, precise documentation of all treatments and maintain records per state requirements
  • Record treatment notes in medical charts according to industry standards and company policy.
  • Communicates treatment plan to clients, families and appropriate staff.
  • Collaborates and coordinates with the caregiver, business administrator, director, and all other disciplines to provide the best care to clients.

License and / or Certification:

  • LPC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure (Required)
  • Independent licensure in State of Texas, in good standing, no revocation, or suspension of licensure, no current/open malpractice litigation or complaints
  • Valid Texas Driver’s License
  • Background Check (Required)

Legal Concepts:

  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Follow federal, state and local legal guidelines
  • Follow license criteria when licensure applies
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance

Pay

Experience

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $48,000.00 per year
