Responsibilities:
- Determine appropriate treatment intervention(s) to achieve client’s desired outcome based on type/severity of problem(s) as well as client’s motivation.
- Develop treatment plans in coordination with clients to establish goals and provide appropriate interventions to achieve objectives.
- Be able to provide clear, precise documentation of all treatments and maintain records per state requirements
- Record treatment notes in medical charts according to industry standards and company policy.
- Communicates treatment plan to clients, families and appropriate staff.
- Collaborates and coordinates with the caregiver, business administrator, director, and all other disciplines to provide the best care to clients.
License and / or Certification:
- LPC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure (Required)
- Independent licensure in State of Texas, in good standing, no revocation, or suspension of licensure, no current/open malpractice litigation or complaints
- Valid Texas Driver’s License
- Background Check (Required)
Legal Concepts:
- Maintain confidentiality
- Follow federal, state and local legal guidelines
- Follow license criteria when licensure applies
- Maintain HIPAA compliance

Experience

Pay: From $48,000.00 per year
