Alpine Home Care services clients located throughout Middlesex and Monmouth counties. We are looking for compassionate caregivers to provide assistance in daily living and personal care to clients in their homes in accordance with an established care plan.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide one on one health services to client’s in their residence
- Assist with toileting, bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Perform domestic and household tasks (laundry, light housekeeping)
- Assist with transfers, ambulation, and assure safety
- Assist client with medication reminders
- Assist with personal care activities
- Assist clients with mobility and physical therapy exercises
- Provide companionship and support
- Monitor client and document outcomes
As a Home Health Aide, you will be an integral member of a health care team that provides home health aide services while affording clients the opportunity to receive the care required to remain at home.

Qualifications:
- Have work experience as a Certified Home Health Aide in a facility or home setting.
- Have successfully completed a recognized Home Health Aide training course and be certified to work as a Home Health Aide
- Must have own transportation
- Demonstrate an ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English
- Complete a Skills Competency Evaluation Examination
- Pass a Criminal Background check
- Must have a physical (within the last year)
- Current PPD or chest X-ray
- Proof of immunization for MMR or titers
- Hoyer Lift Experience

Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour
