Seeking an outgoing and positive Director of Marketing & Admissions for our newly acquired Ocean Meadow Senior Living & Memory Care community located in the heart of Clinton, Connecticut. Position Summary:
Responsible for developing and implementing marketing and sales programs to ensure maximum occupancy and revenue levels are achieved for the Community. Said director will be an all-around team player and a key member of the Community’s management team.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Achieve maximum occupancy and revenue levels by keeping and building at or above budgeted monthly occupancy.
Director will offer extraordinary customer service and develop relationships with hospital/SNF social workers, physicians, hospital/SNF discharge planners and administrators, clergy, attorneys, civic/professional organizations, home health agencies, families, etc.
Director will handle and coordinate all aspects of the sale process from inquiry calls, cold calling, conducting tours, follow-up calls and communication, lead management software updates, and closing the sale. Director must ensure community staff is identified as back-up for inquiries/tours is up-to-date and inquiry process to ensure inquiries are received and handled with the proper attention and follow up at all times. Director will follow prospective inquiry through every aspect of sales straight through to final admission.
Director will work closely with the management team on developing, implementing strategies for increasing qualified inquiries, building traffic and sales. Strategies will include, but are not limited to, caregiver support groups, community events, educational seminars, professional networking, advertising, and public relations.
The Director will compile a weekly marketing report for delivery to Executive Director on inquiries, tours, move-ins, move-outs, and outreach for each week.
The Director will key in on pertinent data for inquiries and log into lead CRM software within 48 hours of inquiry so all inquiries are documented. All existing inquiries in the software system need to have “next steps” scheduled to maintain constant contact.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study.
Marketing and Sales experience with Assisted Living and Memory Care.
Strong communication and business relationship skills required.
Extensive knowledge of marketing and sales techniques and demonstrated proficiency in census development skills.
Strong organizational skills required.
Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
Highly proficient with computer-based record keeping systems and Word, Excel and Power Point.

Pay: $47,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
