We are a growing, six-doctor, small animal hospital in Seattle, Washington. We’re seeking a skilled team member, with a minimum of one year of experience in the veterinary industry, to join our team!

Applicants need to be comfortable with all aspects of veterinary care and communicating those aspects to our clients, exude strong organizational, detail-orientated skills and enthusiasm in helping provide quality care for animals. This position is for our front of house team, coordinating patient care as a liaison between our clients and medical team. As we are a small hospital, the opportunity for cross-training between departments is available.
Neo Practice Management Software and Windows/Microsoft programs, IDEXX in-house/reference laboratory, digital radiology. Stellar communication with clients, patients and our hospital’s team is essential. The position will include Saturday shifts. As such, flexibility in scheduling is necessary.
