Seeking a compassionate Veterinary Technician/Assistant to join our team at Prospect Ridge Veterinary Hospital. We are a 2 doctor practice treating dogs, cats and other small and furry mammals.

A year of veterinary experience is preferred, however we are willing to train the right individual. We’re focused on growth and making sure our hospital has the right tools to allow our doctors and medical staff the ability to provide excellent service and care. In addition to diagnostic and preventative services, our hospital is equipped with digital radiography, digital dental radiography, in-house labs, ultrasound and cold laser.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Handling and restraint for pets for exams and procedures, monitoring of all patients, collection of specimen samples, proper radiograph technique, preparation of medications, hospital housekeeping/maintenance needs, assisting the Doctors and other technicians/assistants…

The position includes day, evening and weekend hours.

  • Veterinary Technician Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
