Job Description
We are seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to join our team! You will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting and placing nurses allied health professionals within our Nyc facilities. Needs to be available to start as soon as possible
Pay is Flat Fee for each referral
$100 each
No base Salary
Plus benefits
Responsibilities:
- Screen, recruit, and place potential healthcare contract employees
- Build a pipeline of candidates that are available for client requisitions
- Build relationships with MSP clients and candidates
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in healthcare recruitment a must!
