We are seeking an IT Systems Administrator to join our growing team. This critical role provides technical leadership to our team and clients, implementing, managing and supporting virtualized Windows server infrastructure, networks, firewalls that are critical to the success and stability of our clients.

Experience:
- Expert knowledge in Windows server design and implementation, VMware, Hyper-V, SAN, LAN/WAN routing and switching, and cybersecurity
- Hands on experience with designing, implementing and supporting past and current Windows server platforms: Server 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019
- Office/Microsoft 365 and Azure implementation and management experience a plus
- Extensive experience with hypervisor implementation, tuning management and troubleshooting, including V2V and P2V migrations
- Experience with implementing routing and switching such as MPLS, VPN, VLANs, deep traffic and packet level analysis
- Extensive experience working with vendors on problem resolution and solution design
- Sonicwall and Meraki firewalls
Skills/Certifications Preferred:
- Microsoft Advanced
- Networking
- VMware
Candidate Requirements:
- Professional etiquette and appearance
- Ability to learn about and implement new technologies quickly and accurately
- Devotion to the success of our team and our clients
- Obtain additional certifications and actively pursue learning and skill building
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in IT system administration, solution design and support
- MSP experience a plus
- Background check required as we work with security-related industries such as municipalities, healthcare and financial
- Valid drivers license with no restrictions
