As part of the Sprint Authorized Business Dealer program, Touchtel Communications is focused on selling Sprint’s Wireless business Solutions.
Sales Associate:
- To guarantee success, must be able to communicate effectively, possess great organizational skills, lead by example, and encourage a positive TEAM environment
Role and Responsibilities:
- Directly responsible for assisting new and existing customers
- Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location sales goals
- Handle customer situations and make equitable decisions for the customer and the company
- Perform other duties as assigned by sales management
- Participate as a “team player”, constantly supporting other team members
- Set an example of high personal and professional conduct for employees and others
- Creating the ideal customer experience with each customer interaction
Requirements:
- Must be over 18 and have high school diploma/GED
- Experience in retail cellular phone sales preferred
- Great communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays if necessary
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to training locations
- Basic computer skills
