We are seeking exceptional individuals to fill local routes on a full-time or part-time basis. Applicants must be qualified to be delivery drivers. Commercial driving experience is preferred, but not a requirement. If you have no work-related driving experience, we will offer a driving school for high-potential candidates.
Part-time employees must be available to work at least 3 full day shifts a week.

The position requires a significant level of organization, excellent attendance, high levels of performance in delivery and customer service, a positive and professional attitude, team spirit, and flexibility and persistence in the face of physical and mental challenges.
COMPENSATION:
Subsidized healthcare available to all full-time employees
Trainees are paid $110 a day (the first 1-2 weeks of employment).
Drivers earn a minimum of $120 a day, but pay increases based on productivity (# of stops, packages, etc.).
REQUIREMENTS: (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY):
- 21+ years of age
1 year of Commercial or Military Driving Experience in the last 3 years is preferred
Pass an extensive criminal background check and drug screening
Have a clean driving record
Have a stable employment history with a record of good attendance
Have a flexible schedule
Have reliable transportation to and from work
Absences are NOT acceptable in this position
Have strong organizational skills
Be enthusiastic and have the willingness to learn
RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will work within a delivery area to complete the pickup and delivery of customer packages. It is a challenging and physically demanding job that requires good customer/people skills. You’ll take pride in the service you provide, the uniform you wear, and the vehicle you drive. You will be professional, organized, flexible, accurate, accountable and totally customer focused.
