Franchise Development Consultant – Coverall North America – Pembroke Pines, FL

To provide direct operational guidance, coaching and support to Franchised Business Owners (FBO) by consulting with the FBO in the strategic development of their Coverall Business. The FFC will provide technical support to the FBO on behalf of Coverall to ensure alignment and execution within Coverall brand standards. The FFC will identify and sell additional commercial cleaning services to new and existing customers on behalf of Coverall’s FBOs. The FFC will determine allocation of new and existing commercial cleaning customers to FBOs. They will also educate the FBO in recognizing opportunities to grow their business base through their own additional Special Services and New Customer sales. FFC will instruct FBO in the implementation of Coverall’s systems and processes to maximize efficiency and profitability that have been developed by Coverall for the Franchise System. The FFC will be responsible to help the FBO establish and sustain healthy business operations and growth, while supporting, protecting and promoting the Coverall Brand.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and develop FBOs in their growth into profitable business entities and using independent judgement, evaluate the FBOs in their delivery of the Coverall Core 4® process, consistency with Coverall’s brand standards and exemplary customer service.
  • Develop and coach FBOs in establishing and maintaining their business and financial goals through conducting periodic business reviews in person or by teleconference .
  • Conduct initial walk-through of new customer with selected FBO in preparation for the offering, sale and assignment of the commercial cleaning contract to the Coverall Franchised Business Owner.

• Conduct Coverall Brand Standard visits with the FBO at their customer sites to ensure FBO brand consistency, protection and alignment with the Coverall System. •

Works together with the Franchise Development Manager (FDM) to assure successful transition of customers during the FBOs fulfillment period. This will include attending “First Cleans” and additional “cleans” as needed for new and existing FBOs.

  • Document and complete appropriate records and business forms in a timely manner.
  • Work as a partner with FBOs to identify and assist FBO in their selling additional commercial cleaning services and special services to new and existing customers during customer visits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service industry including Sales, Training and Franchise Development is preferred. • Knowledge and experience in selling skills and territory and time management.

• Ability to exercise discretion and sound independent judgment. • Strong ethics and values. Adheres to an appropriate and effective set of core values and beliefs during both good and difficult times.

  • Ability to resolve conflicts / issues and see them as opportunities. Is cool under pressure and does not become defensive or irritated. Easily approachable.
  • Must have basic Computer skills to include mobile technology, emails and web applications.
