What you get to do: This position is responsible for the planning, coordinating, providing and documenting care for home health patients from day of admission through day of discharge. Utilizing physicians’ orders and professional skills, the RN develops and implements a plan of care that meets each patient’s specific needs. This position reports directly to DON.
Full and Part time positions available! Full Time positions are eligible for all benefits including health, dental, vision and supplemental insurance as well as paid time off, paid holidays and paid life insurance and retirement.
Home Health experience preferred, but not required!
