The Position
We are currently looking to fill the position of Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations of our warehouse, including inbound inventory, processing inventory, and completing all relevant steps related to our service, staff, and our customers.
The successful applicant will maintain high levels of accuracy in day-to-day operations, lead and develop the warehouse team and provide impeccable customer service to our clients. The Warehouse Manager Responsibilities
- Staff management
- Hiring and training new staff
- Award and discipline employees
- Addressing complaints and solve problems
- Create and maintain office culture for the warehouse staff
- Reporting to upper management on the overall operatorial performance of the warehouse
- Manage customer service requests and reply promptly
- Perform regular service audits to ensure we are continuously improving and working towards the highest level of operational performance
Qualifications and skills
- 5+ years experience in a warehouse supervisory role
- Bachelor degree or higher
- Proven knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures
- A problem solver who’s willing to roll up their sleeves and can pick up the slack wherever needed.
- Ability to work with all levels of staff
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- Leadership skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Lean Six Sigma preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $47,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year

Supplemental Pay:
Experience:
- Warehouse Logistics: 5 years (Preferred)
- Supervising Experience: 3 years (Preferred)
