QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years previous experience in project management and accurate estimation required.
- Technical skills in carpentry and remodeling required.
- Must be able to show proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Clean DMV record.
- Be able to pass a Criminal Background Check.
- Ability to work both alone and as a team.
- Weekend work is required on occasion.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and be able to handle the responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in Spanish a plus.
- Your own basic tools for your profession are required and must have own transportation.
- Must work well with others, have a professional attitude, presentable appearance.
