We are seeking positive and enthusiastic people to join our dynamic team. This is an entry level opportunity with no previous experience required. All you need is the motivation to learn and grow in a professional, fast paced, team-oriented environment. We will provide all the tools necessary with hands-on training.
Responsibilities
Have fun and work hard! As a Pinky’s Hot Box Team Member, you will learn as you grow – training on every station while increasing your responsibilities.
Other responsibilities of a Team Member include:
- Food prep, cooking, and cleaning
- Delivering exceptional hospitality to our guests
- Taking orders from POS systems, third-party delivery apps, and walk-in customers
- Balancing high volume with high quality
- Washing and storing away dishes
- Sanitizing and cleaning all areas of the restaurant: work stations, kitchen, dining room, and bathrooms.
- Participating in ongoing training and development
Qualifications
- Provide a certified California Food Handlers Card (or take one immediately after hire date).
- Previous hospitality and/or food service experience, a plus – we’ll teach you the rest!
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
- Self-motivated achiever interested in taking on additional roles and responsibilities.
- Open availability and flexibility is a must – ability to work any shift

Job Duties:
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
