Payroll Administrator – Sam Levitz Furniture Co., Inc. – Tucson, AZ

Payroll Administrator

We are looking for a Payroll expert that will perform all activities necessary to process payroll including maintaining related records, voluntary deduction reports, updating procedures, and preparing reports for management.

Qualifications:

  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Command of Microsoft Office with STRONG excel skills
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Experience with ADP payroll processing required
  • Bilingual (Spanish, English) very helpful
  • Adaptable to changing circumstances

Responsibilities:

  • Protect confidential payroll information and maintain employee confidence
  • Detailed report preparation in excel and in ADP
  • Payroll record updates for employee status changes (new hires, terminations, rate change, dept change, etc.)
  • Interact with employee base as needed
  • Calculation of employee commission, several commission methods for various employee groups
  • Reconcile employee pay and deductions and other liabilities as needed
  • Payroll information maintenance by collecting, calculating and maintaining established policies and procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 – $40,000.00 per year
