Genesys Purecloud Engineer – Coverance Insurance Solutions Inc – Long Beach, CA

Coverance Insurance Solutions is a national insurance agency located in Long Beach, CA. We sell a diverse set of Medicare plans from multiple carriers nationwide, over the phone. There are over 10,000 new seniors eligible for Medicare every day! This is a remote position.

We are looking for a full-time Genesys Purecloud Engineer to work directly with our CTO.

This is a full-time position that includes medical, dental and vision insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the implementation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of Genesys Cloud (PureCloud) platform solutions
  • Experience as a Cloud Architect involving large scale cloud contact center experience using Genesys PureCloud platform
  • Experience in implementing capabilities including (but not limited to): Omni-channel – “Queuing, routing, and experience”, Softphone, Voice Authentication, Desktop Process Automation and Analytics, Speech Analytics, Call Recording, Workforce Management, AI/ML, Chatbots, etc.
  • Experience implementing Genesys Workforce Optimization (WFO) and Workforce Engagement Management (WEM)
  • Experience architecting and designing complex Queuing/Routing, Call Flow, Conversational flows using Genesys PureCloud Architect
  • Experience building conversational applications (e.g. Google Dialogflow, IBM Watson Assistant, or Amazon Connect)
  • Experience integrating Genesys PureCloud with CRM Application (MS Dynamics)
  • Troubleshoot telephony technical issues and perform root-cause analysis.
  • Perform unit and quality assurance testing.
  • Continually enhance technical expertise and professional skills.
  • Provide end user support through tickets as required.

Qualifications

  • Strong “Hands-on” Experience as a Developer involving large scale cloud contact center experience solutions using Genesys PureCloud platform
  • Hands-on experience in Genesys PureCloud platform and its capabilities including (but not limited to) Genesys Workforce Optimization (WFO), Workforce Engagement Management (WEM), Queuing/Routing, Call Flow, Conversational flows using Genesys PureCloud Architect
  • Programming experience with implementing API/Web Services
  • Database/SQL knowledge a plus
