Paragon Rehabilitation, a subsidiary of Trilogy Health Services LLC, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant for Full Time at seeing patients in a home health setting in the Milford, MA area. You must hold an active or pending Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) state license to apply for this position.
