Our 220,000 square foot facility located in Howard Lake, MN houses nearly 400 employees whose mission each day is to provide our customers with the highest quality custom and semi-custom cabinetry.

Description Overview

Dura Supreme has a variety of production roles available throughout the cabinet production process, from entry level to experienced. Employees will safely operate equipment, ensure production and quality standards are met, and prepare products for customer delivery. Responsibilities include following established work procedures, maintaining a clean production area, preparing machinery and equipment for use, and strictly following health and safety guidelines.

Basic requirements: Qualified candidates must be 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or GED. No experience is required. Work experience will be considered in lieu of a high school diploma or GED.

Key Duties & Work Responsibilities:

  • Using and maintaining a variety of hand tools, powered tools and equipment.
  • Be available to work scheduled hours, which may include mandatory overtime, depending upon production demands.
  • Following health and safety standards.
  • Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor.
  • Following production guidelines and specifications.
  • Operating and maintaining machinery and production line equipment.
  • Monitoring the assembly process and removing faulty products.
  • Working on production tasks and meeting production targets.
  • Wearing, using and maintaining personal safety protective equipment.
  • Being able to understand and follow oral and written instruction from supervisors and designated staff.
  • Additional essential functions may be applicable to specific jobs.

Hourly wage is based on position and experience. There is advancement and wage potential at Dura Supreme! Have no experience; that is okay too, we can train you with wages starting at $17/hr.

Shift hours:

1st Shift……………. 6 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday

High demand times may require overtime as production demands and extend the work hours to 4:30pm for 1st Shift.
