Part Time Teacher-Now Hiring! – Champions-KinderCare Education – Phoenix, AZ

Champions operates on location at Sun Canyon Elementary School and is a part of KinderCare Education. Our programs focus on STEM curriculum and are Accredited. This program serves children ages 3 years-8th grade Mon-Fri. This program provides Before & After School STEM programming, and currently full day Distance Learning on site school support.


-Must be 18 years old or older

-Must have High School Diploma or GED

-6 months experience with children ages 3-14 years old (Preferred not required)

-Bilingual Spanish and English speaker (preferred not required)

-Experience with Arizona child care licensing, Quality First, and/or Accreditated Programs (preferred not required)

-Responsible, dedicated, communicative, self starter, creative, and kind Teacher sought! Ability to build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happens.

-Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and manage multiple situations effectively

-CPR and First Aid Certification; Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain, negative Tuberculosis test results in last 6 months or willingness to obtain

-Must be physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors. Must be able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children.

-Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.
