OFR, Inc., located in Kingsburg, California is currently accepting applications of interest for an experienced Worker’s Compensation Coordinator. OFR is a farm labor contractor with various entities including but not limited to compliance and safety services, manufacturing trellis supplies, land development, and Agriculture transportation services.
Essential Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Initiate and manage the Worker’s Compensation Claim process end to end.
- Serve as the Liaison to the Claims Adjuster, Safety Coordinator, Medical Provider(s).
- Provide support to facilitate the care of and service to the Employee Claimant.
- Ensure complete, compliant documentation for claims; meet established deadlines.
The desired candidate will possess these qualifications:
- Two years’ experience in Worker’s Compensation management is required.
- Associates Degree in In Business Administration or a related field, preferred.
- Working knowledge of the Claimant, Care and Return to Work process.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, software, and computer systems.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate good judgement and integrity with confidentiality.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds in environments with a variety of exposures.
- Bilingual, in English and Spanish, is required.
