Responsible for the daily supervision, oversight and operations of collection activities and monitors staff performance. Functions as a leader, decision-maker and member of the LifeStream management team. Assists with timekeeping/attendance activities, performance evaluations and discipline of staff.
EDUCATION:
Associates degree in Nursing preferred. Associate’s Degree (AA or AS) or equivalent work experience.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum one year of experience to include a combination of whole blood and/or apheresis collection, or minimum 3 years of direct supervisory experience in lieu of whole blood/apheresis experience preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, ETC.
Current valid California Driver’s License and current CPR Certification (CPR certification must be obtained within first 30 days of employment).
Licensed applicants–Current California Registered Nurse (RN) License and current CPR Certification. Current valid California Driver’s License.
