POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager has a proven ability to operate effectively and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, ever-changing, start-up environment. The ideal candidate is interested in growing businesses, has superior analytical skills, is extremely organized, and is a prolific organizer who prides themselves on thoughtful and eloquent communication. And – has led teams developing enterprise-scale SaaS applications/platforms.
Important that this person is a self-starter who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves and leading the full Product Development Lifecycle and SDLC.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US, and NOT require sponsorship.
This position is located in our Scottsdale, AZ Office. This is NOT a remote position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather and analyze information from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products
- Collaborate with senior and executive management to create product plans and roadmaps
- Prepare and review product requirements documents (PRD)
- Organize product releases properly and ensure compliance with the schedule
- Prepare recommendations to expand product base and vision
- Prepare recommendations to track product use and impact on end-users
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven ability to operate effectively and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, ever-changing, start-up environment.
- Excellent communication skills – writing and presentation – and the ability to effectively interact across all levels of the organization.
- 5+ years’ experience of working as a Software Product Manager.
- Significant experience in product lifecycle management and working in an Agile environment
- Background in software development and program management is required
- Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach to achieving goals and timelines.
- Analytical orientation with strong interpersonal skills.
- You do not need your hand-held. We can give you a problem, without a lot of structure, and know that you will create a structured response and find innovative ways to get at the requisite information.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments where workloads are changing and require you to actively clarify needs and prioritize your time accordingly.
- Prior experience at a growth stage Internet/software/services company a plus.
- Prior experience with a commercial software platform (SaaS), and dual-sided online commercial marketplace a plus.
