The position entails execution of daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, ordering supplies, point of sale, marketing data entry and physician support.
The ideal candidate will be health conscious, organized, motivated, a natural and self-directed problem solver, comfortable working with people and ready to help launch a new medical practice.
Fluency in English is mandatory, Spanish preferred but not required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel, and marketing or patient service background is a plus.
