POSITION OVERVIEW
We are searching for career-minded, energetic, and organized CNA’s to join our Health Care Team in our Goodwin House Bailey’s Crossroads location. Under the direction of a licensed nurse, the CNA delivers efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction. He/she will function within the standards of practice as accorded by his/her certification. The CNA performs various patient care activities and related non-professional services essential to caring for personal needs and comfort of residents.
REQUIREMENTS
- The ideal candidate will have met the following qualifications:
- Virginia CNA license
- CPR certification
- Basic computer skills
- Good communication skills
