Virginia Family Therapy is a mental health practice serving individuals, families, and our community. Our counseling practice is designed to help people at all stages and from all walks of life by offering counselors with diverse backgrounds and specialties. We serve clients across Virginia via Teletherapy and serve clients face-to-face in our offices in Charlottesville, Crozet, and Ivy, Virginia.
VFT specializes in providing individual and family therapy to children and adolescents. We have a thriving practice of 14 clinicians that serve over 400 clients annually. We are currently looking to expand our services and team with a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist contractor.
VFT provides office space, administrative support, advertisement, referrals, clinical supervision, and business development opportunities. Most importantly, VFT provides a team of professionals that are smart, fun, and committed to working together to help our community.

We offer 1099 contractor positions, which has no benefits, but a high rate of pay. Contractors are paid based on billable hours performed, with a range between $150-$350 per session. We have openings for either full-time or part-time. Contract psychiatrists are able to choose how many hours they work.
