CADC LPC LCPC LCSW Licensed Substance Abuse Counselor – The Bobby Buonauro Clinic – Chicago, IL

The Bobby Buonauro Clinic is seeking a certified addictions counselor (CADC). LCSW, LPC, LCPC welcome to apply

We are located in Evanston, IL just east of Howard & Western.

We are a Methadone Maintenance Treatment Clinic (MAT/MMT).

We are seeking a Full Time permanent counselor. Counselor hours are 4:55am-12:30pm Monday thru Friday and every other Saturday 6:55am-11:00am. Punctuality is a must. We offer paid holidays and paid vacation time. Potential candidate should have their CADC or be in school in the process of obtaining licensure.

Potential candidate will be doing 1:1 individual counseling as well as quarterly treatment plans and monthly case notes for all clients on their caseload. Opportunity for advancement to Lead Counselor position based on performance and experience.

Experience with Medication Assisted Treatmemt (Methadone) is a major plus but not required. Must have basic understanding of Methadone Treatment and it’s success stories. Salary is based on experience, MAT experience is a major plus!

We offer 13 paid holidays as well as paid vacation time. Due to the fact that we are a small practice we do not offer health insurance benefits.

Due to COVID-19 all of our 1:1 sessions, intake assessment sessions and treatment planning are being conducted over the telephone and we are not currently doing in office counseling sessions for the safety of our patients as well as the safety of our staff members.
