Serve as a liaison for the Counseling Center to Communities of Color.
- Provide individual and group clinical services to students, primarily but not exclusively brief individual therapy, to address personal and interpersonal concerns along with race-based stress, racism, marginalization, oppression, and racial trauma.
- Participate in outreach with Students of Color and other marginalized communities.

Consult with psychiatrist, medical providers, and other mental health professionals as appropriate.
- Consult with students, parents, faculty and staff regarding mental health and developmental needs of students as needed and appropriate.
- Maintain relevant paperwork and documentation.
