Client Services Representative – Central Wyoming Counseling Center – Casper, WY

Job Summary: This position is primarily responsible for phone and front desk reception and clerical activities as directed.

  • Greet Patients
  • Check-In/Check-Out Patients
  • Manage phone calls
  • Data Entry
  • Perform Prior Authorizations
  • Work with populations with Mental Health/substance abuse history
  • Communicate with patients and physicians
  • Communicate with pharmacies and insurances
  • Maintain a clean work environment
  • HIPAA compliant
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel
  • Knowledge of Medical terminology
  • Follow established processes/procedures for handling cash receipts

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills and a polite phone manner with the ability to effectively work with different levels of employees, management and an assortment of client demographic.
  • Computer literate and experience with Microsoft Office and the internet.
  • EMR/EHR experience preferred. Proficient typing skills required.
  • Diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be at least 21 years of age

We are a part of the Wyoming Retirement System Pension Program.
