Program Manager – Neutronic Stamping and Plating – Corona, CA

Neutronic Stamping & Plating has over 40 years of experience specializing in precision high speed metal stamping and electro-plating for the Automotive, Electronic, Military, and Medical Industries.

We are looking for Program Managers with a positive attitude and good attention to detail with a minimum of 3-5 years working in a manufacturing environment. You must have a good understanding of ISO 9001 requirements. You must also be able to read/interpret manufacturing blueprints.

Overall Responsibilities:

This position provides overall direction, management, and scheduling to new program development from program award to PPAP approval. This person will be the primary point of contact between customers an all internal staff during program development. This person will be responsible for tracking the program and updating the customers weekly and maintaining all budgets.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Manages all phases of a project from inception to completion
  • Manage day to day aspects of the project, task/schedule management, issue resolution/ escalation, communication.
  • Conduct program reviews to ensure that product elements meet the contract specifications.
  • Negotiate with vendors on pricing and delivery.
  • Manage Customer Service issues including RMA processing, Schedule Change Communication and PPAP status.
  • Provide monthly budget, schedule, and status updates to Management for review and direction.
  • Manage budget and determine Estimate at Complete while identifying any cost growths and reasons for growth.
  • Must be adept at using MS Excel, Word, Power Point, and MS Project.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (engineering discipline is preferred)
  • 3-5 Years working in Manufacturing environment (Metal Stamping preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,000.00 – $64,000.00 per year
