ClearView Healthcare Management is seeking a Special Projects Nurse!
Responsibilities:
We are looking for someone energetic who wants an opportunity to travel and excel. The position may fill in open DON spots; work the COVID units, general staffing, or assist the RDCS’ with centers that have increased needs. It is a great opportunity for someone who wants to travel and get regional facility experience with a growing company.
Assist with the operations of the Nursing Department in accordance with Company policies, standards of nursing practices, and governmental regulations, in order to maintain excellent care of all residents’ needs.
Responsible for assisting and responding to facilities where additional resources are needed.
Assist with development and implementation of job skills training, in-service education as required by state/federal regulations for the nursing department.
Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse in TN.
Minimum of 2 years experience in Long Term Care setting.
Required Skills:
Effective verbal and written English communication skills
Knowledge and experience with documenting patient care in an electronic health record.
Ability to make knowledgeable clinical assessments and judgements
Extensive travel in the State of TN.
