Noodle Factory, Inc. is looking to hire a Line Cook, with a full-time position available.
Primary Responsibilities
- Must be able to become proficient on the wok, cooking both entrees and starches.
- Responsible for operating a number of different kitchen machinery.
- Prepares line items, catering orders and is attentive to specific customer requests. Must be able to communicate with front of house leaders to assure quality and timeliness of all orders.
- Assists in kitchen inventory by regularly checking on food ingredients and dry goods stock and helps to replenish supplies as needed.
- Maintains quality control by regularly rotating inventory.
- Consistently maintains a clean and safe work environment.
- Maintains an open line of communication with store Manager and Supervisors to ensure all duties are being done to the standards required by CWK.
Qualifications:
- Must be knowledgeable of and adhere to proper food handling procedures and safety/sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or carry 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours.
- Must be able to meet scheduling needs of the store–weekend availability is required.
- Previous culinary experience or education is preferred.
