- Answer phones
- Assist patients with appointments
- Check patients in and out and schedule follow-ups as needed
- Assisting patients with new patient information on iPads as needed
- Faxing various items for providers
- Calling referral patients to schedule appointments
- Taking patients copayments as well as payments for balances and product purchase payments
- Keeping a monthly cash count on the cash box
- Closing out daily reports
- Keeping inventory of products weekly
- Keeping inventory of staples supplies weekly
- Scheduling drug rep lunch’s
- Verify insurance and make any updates to patient information as needed
- Checking next days schedule for referral requirements and balances
- Notify patients in office of previous balance due if needed (one month or longer)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 – $15.00 per hour

Experience:
- Medical Terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
