We are looking for line cooks with at least 1 years experience in high volume kitchens.
Must have:
- knowledge of kitchen pans, utensils, and equipment.
- Positive attitude.
- Open mind to learn the Glory Days way.
Line cook job duties:
- Following recipe and presentation guidelines to exceed guests expectations.
- Coordinating with other cook to ensure food goes out in a timely manner.
- Using proper procedures with all food and safety regulations.
- Keeping a clean and safe environment.
- Maintaining daily and weekly cleaning lists
