Medical Staffing Coordinator

Currently seeking an experienced Medical Staffing Coordinator for a position in South Carolina. The ideal Medical Staffing Coordinator will have at least 3 years of experience working within the Medical Staffing field. The Medical Staffing Coordinator will cultivate relationships with CNA’s, LPN’s and RN’s. Individual will provide the best possible experience for long term health care facilities through initiating contact, maintaining exceptional rapport, and providing extraordinary customer service. It is a top priority to ensure the satisfaction of our client facilities through proactively meeting their staffing needs.

Requirements are as follows:

· Mature individual

· Takes initiative

· 3 years staffing experience

· Excellent customer service skills

· Willingness to learn

· Great organizational and time management skills

· Meet daily recruiting metrics that are agreed upon on interview

· Excellent computer and communications skills

· Must pass drug screening and background check

Must provide references.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 – $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• On call

Experience:

• Management Experience: 2 years (Required)
• Medical scheduling: 2 years (Required)
