Cultured Care Wellness Services is hiring Contracted Counselors & Wellness Consultants (independent affiliate contractors).
We are seeking licensed and/or certified Counselors, Therapists and QMHP’s to provide culturally specific, culturally relevant counseling and consulting services for Black/African American and other BIPOC individuals, couples, and families in Oregon.

Essential Functions:
- Provide virtual (online) and in-person Intake, assessment, brief solution-focused counseling and consultation as contracted, with clients referred by Cultured Care Wellness Services.
- Refer clients to resources within the communities being served as needed
- Maintain professional standards and ethics as defined and required by your licensing board
Required Skills and Experience for this position:
- Independently practicing, Masters level, licensed or certified professional
- Experienced and able to conduct intake, assessment, evaluation, solution focused problem-solving counseling and consultation, and referrals to resources within the communities being served.
- Must understand importance of culture and impact of disparity for marginalized people and communities
- Must manage a case load with a wide variety of presenting problems.
- Must have ability to provide individual, couple, family counseling and case management.
- Extensive clinical experience; including crisis intervention, traumatic stress intervention and short-term problem solving, and impact of substance use disorder
- Skill and experience providing psycho-educational trainings on a variety of topics
- Ability to communicate, present and facilitate workshops
- Detail orientation related to tracking and managing a client information and documentation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced cultural competence
- EAP Certification a plus!
- Bilingual in Spanish, Haitian Creole, Vietnamese or other languages a plus though not required
