ROLE: C.N.A- CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT

$12.50 – $14.80 hr. (with shift and w/e differentials)

PURPOSE OF YOUR POSITION:

The primary purpose of your job position is to provide your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care in accordance with our established nursing care procedures, and as may be directed by the licensed staff nurse.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language. Must be a registered certified nurses’ aide in accordance with laws of this state. CPR certification preferred, but not necessary. High School graduate or equivalent preferred.

Professional, friendly, dependable and punctual individuals with a current CNA certification.

Candidates for this position will possess exemplary customer service and knowledge of direct patient care.

Complete and document ADLs of residents needs as related to care provided.

Follow a comprehensive plan of care for individual residents.

Advocate for patient needs/ desires.

Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.

Document accurately and completely.

Meet personal grooming needs for each resident.

Promptly answer call lights and assure that all are place within the reach of the resident

Assure the resident care areas are left clean and in an orderly manner.

Methods of identification of residents are maintained.

Maintain that all residents are appropriately identified (i.e., I.D. bracelets etc.).

Contributes to effective communication and pleasant working conditions.

EXPERIENCE:

General work experience in long-term care preferred but not necessary.
