Product Manager – Iora Health – Charlotte, NC

As a Product Manager for Business and Clinical Intelligence at Iora Health, you will play a key role in shaping major components of our analytics capabilities to ensure we meet the needs of our patients and our practice teams. By collaborating closely with cross-functional team members, you’ll be working to identify service blueprints and the digital tools and systems required to support them. In addition, you will facilitate backlog prioritization, measure product effectiveness, and influence the overall Iora product strategy and process.

This position will report directly to the VP of Business & Clinical Intelligence who is based in Boston, MA. We are currently working remotely with the expectation that will return to the office (or practices) at some point in the future.


Location:
This position can be based in Massachusetts or North Carolina.

As a product manager you will:

  • Be an integral member of a growing BCI (Business and Clinical Intelligence) team generating new ideas, facilitating solutions, and improving how we deliver work with a strong understanding of the Iora care model and an evolving healthcare environment.
  • Prioritize new and competing initiatives and coordinate software development with a dedicated team of designers and engineers using an agile process.
  • Manage and be accountable for the successful roll out/integration of new capabilities with ongoing monitoring and reporting on user feedback and suggestions after release.
  • Be Analytical. Enjoy getting your hands dirty with data. Love problem solving and find the root cause of data bugs.
  • Be Business-minded. Have an understanding for healthcare business drivers and have the ability to use financial, operational, and clinical data to tell a story.
  • Build awareness and understanding of product benefits among practice staff and patients with ongoing communications and collaboration with our service development and training teams.
  • Work with Iora practice staff and dedicated teams to research problems and design solutions that elevate the Iora care model, centered around patient, practice, and business needs.

This is the right job if you have:

  • 5 plus years of experience in Analytics or Software Product Management
  • 5 plus years of Agile experience
  • Intellectual independence and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills including exceptional writing skills.
  • The ability to be data driven and use measurements in your approach to identifying and solving problems.
  • A strong desire to see your work improve the quality of people’s lives.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects to completion in concert with other product managers.
  • Terrific organizational, problem-solving and time management skills.
  • SQL and Data Visualization (Tableau/Looker) Experience preferred
