The CHHA will work in the client’s home and provide care in accordance with the treatment plan assigned by a primary nurse.
Minimum Qualifications: Completion of a recognized CHHA training program; MUST HOLD a current license issued by the NJ Board of Nursing; One year’s experience in a home setting; high school graduate or equivalent; self-starter, excellent communication skills and MUST have current driver’s license with an automobile that is insured and in good working order.
