NEW STARTING RATES
RN $32.00 – $39.50 hr. (with shift and w/e differential of up to $5.00 hr.)
LPN$26.00-33.90 hr. (with shift and w/e differential of up to $5.00 hr.)
Sign on bonus to employees working 32 hours – Generous sign on bonus RN $3,000, LPN$1500, Referral Bonuses

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
The primary purpose of these positions is to provide direct nursing care to residents and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by the nursing assistant. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language. Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited school of nursing or college. Must be CPR certified, Have a active RI license, Participates in in-service training as requested
EXPERIENCE:
Nursing experience in long-term care preferred but not necessary.
