Admin experience, detailed oriented, research skills, quality/audit skills, great documentation, and Customer Service skills. So this person must be able to make decisions on a daily basis in regards to seeking recovery or closing cases based on the research that is performed. They will also be educating the public on the Estate Recovery Program and performing Casework and Asset Research.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. – Basic knowledge of Microsoft Access preferred. – Medicaid and/or Medicare knowledge preferred. – Bilingual (Spanish & English) a plus.
Must have claims, insurance or billing experience.
