LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) – Pain Mangement – Kingston, PA

· Room patients: measure vital signs, interview patients, document basic medical history, and medication reconciliation)

· Communicate with outside physician offices to obtain medical clearance and pharmacies for medication verification

· Maintain and update medical supplies, procedure log, and patient records

· Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments

· Execute physicians’ plan of care and compliant documentation of care

· Assist physicians and registered nurses with tests (Urine drug screen) and procedures (bedside & fluoroscopic guided procedures)

· Assemble, use, and clean certain medical equipment

· Assist in health promotion, teach, and orient medical staff / interns

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 – $19.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Medication Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
