A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CALL CENTER MANAGER
As our on-top-of-it Call Center Manager, you arrive each day determined to keep our 3-day call board filled with the right opportunities and not leave until the calls are set up for the next day. You are very comfortable with how to successfully find and create outbound lists to turn calls into bookable opportunities. You are constantly searching for opportunities and training the team to do so as well. You create clear and compelling scripts that combat potential customer objections and work with the team to successfully administer them. As a result, we have more service appointments booked and our 3-day service call board is full, each and every day allowing us to provide the best customer service experience!
You also manage dispatch in an effort to make sure that the right technicians are matched to the right jobs. You strive to become an expert in your market by keeping your knowledge of customer needs and engagement sharp. You monitor staff performance, review recorded calls, and advise them on how to promote sales. Not only do you provide the training necessary to be successful, you responsibly ensure sufficient staff schedules to match company demand and seasonal spikes. You are teaching by example, not afraid to roll up your sleeves and find the calls yourself. At the end of the day, you enjoy showing employees how much their individual contributions matter to the success of Do It Right Plumbers, Inc.
- About 5 years of experience in a Call Center
- About 3 years of outbound experience.
- Dispatch experience is not required, but strongly encouraged!
- Can pass a background check and drug test
- Microsoft Office software and computer proficiency preferred
- Good presentation skills
- Comfortable sitting for long periods of time
