We are assisting a healthcare client hire their next accountant. This position will be working with 3 managers. Prior healthcare industry experience is helpful, but not required. This position is temporarily working remote due to Covid-19, however, the position will eventually return to working back in the office.
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information
- Solid Debit and Credit experience
- Bank reconciliations & credit card reconciliations
- Must have month end experience
- GAAP
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- 4+ years of accounting/finance experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with accounting software
- Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation
- Eventually position will return back to the office, must be willing to commute to Warren, MI
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour
