CaLLogix is seeking solid, confident, resilient Customer Service Representatives to assist our Health Insurance clients & their customers in our Bedford, NH call centers.

GENERAL DUTIES
- Consistently providing customers with exceptional customer service via incoming telephone calls, utilizing various database systems and platforms
- Creative problem solving within a team environment
- Desire to create a caring atmosphere for customers
- Flexibility and willingness to change as business needs change
- Take ownership of work and seek opportunities to impress customers
REQUIREMENTS
- Successful work experience in a customer focused environment
- Knowledge of computers, keyboard, various software programs
- Excellent organizational, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to successfully comprehend, retain and apply training, new materials, procedures, policies, and account updates
- Must be able to manage priorities and multi-task
- Must have outstanding work ethic
- Must have excellent coping skills for stress management
- Must have high level empathy for helping others
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work 30-40 hours per week for full time
- Shifts are M-F between the hours of 8a-6p
