OxyGo HQ Florida, LLC is headquartered in Orlando, Florida and is a high growth medical and industrial equipment manufacturer looking for an Executive Assistant for the Chairman.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance
- Write and edit emails
- Draft memos and prepare communications
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate corporate records, documents, and reports
- Perform minor accounting and bookkeeping duties
- Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering
- Answer incoming phone calls, politely and professionally, and taking accurate messages
- Welcome visitors and identify purpose of their visit
- Manage day-to-day calendar, including making and prioritizing appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements, both domestic and international, and create itineraries
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field, preferred
- Certifications, such as IAAP or CAP, a plus
- 2-3 years of administrative assistant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to treat confidential information with appropriate discretion
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, HubSpot or similar CRM and ERP systems

Compensation:
- Compensation commensurate with experience
- Qualified candidate can earn between $19.00 to $27.50 per hour
