Executive Assistant to Chairman – OxyGo HQ Florida LLC – Orlando, FL

OxyGo HQ Florida, LLC is headquartered in Orlando, Florida and is a high growth medical and industrial equipment manufacturer looking for an Executive Assistant for the Chairman.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance
  • Write and edit emails
  • Draft memos and prepare communications
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate corporate records, documents, and reports
  • Perform minor accounting and bookkeeping duties
  • Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering
  • Answer incoming phone calls, politely and professionally, and taking accurate messages
  • Welcome visitors and identify purpose of their visit
  • Manage day-to-day calendar, including making and prioritizing appointments
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, both domestic and international, and create itineraries

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field, preferred
  • Certifications, such as IAAP or CAP, a plus
  • 2-3 years of administrative assistant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to treat confidential information with appropriate discretion
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, HubSpot or similar CRM and ERP systems

Compensation:

  • Compensation commensurate with experience
  • Qualified candidate can earn between $19.00 to $27.50 per hour
