Current Opportunity:
- Evening shift (2:30pm-11pm); part-time – $1,000 Sign on Bonus!
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- RN/ LPN accurately transcribes physician orders
- RN/ LPN assists in assessments of potential residents
- RN/ LPN assesses, monitors, and follows up with residents who have experienced any incident – fall/ accident or incident of note
- RN/ LPN orders medication and equipment directed by RSD or MD for care of resident’s skin, nutrition, behavior, falls, bowel/ bladder
- RN/ LPN regularly monitors each residents’ medications and treatment profiles (i.e. oxygen, nebulizers, dressings, blood sugars, treatments, weight)
- RN/LPN monitors and supervises daily personal hygiene of residents
- RN/LPN follows established regulations, policies, and procedures for record keeping, documentation, completing forms, and for compliance (i.e. progress notes, incident reports, workers compensation claim forms)
- RN/LPN supervises coordinators and homemakers
- RN/LPN provides personal care assistance, as needed.

Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma/ GED
- Valid PA Nursing License (in good standing)
