AZ Learning is now hiring for a Global Capability Lead – Digital, Data and Analytics to join our team. Reporting to the Global Head of Learning & Enterprise Capabilities, the Global Capability Lead will be accountable for the ongoing definition and upkeep of a capability framework and development solution set to build Digital, Data & Analytics capability as part of an Enterprise learning offering within a federated model. They will also be accountable for capacity planning, management, coaching and talent development of team members and managing the Learning Specialist Digital, Data & Analytics.

The role can be based in Cambridge, UK, Wilmington/Gaithersburg, US or Gothenburg, Sweden.
