The National Register of Health Service Psychologists is seeking an energetic and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our 10-person team. This position is an integral part of the organization, responsible for recruitment and retention communications, marketing planning, metrics reporting, social media outreach, and other development and programmatic activities.

Primary Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Draft and send communications to 15,000+ members, prospective members, and other stakeholders.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase recruitment, retention, and non-dues revenue.
- Manage social media accounts, including posts, outreach, and advertising.
- Track and report marketing, communications, and membership data.
- Promote member benefits access and utilization to members, prospective members, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
Education/Work Experience
- BA or BS degree
- Two years of relevant work experience in marketing/communications, customer service, and membership development. In your cover letter, please specifically address experiences meeting project metrics, timelines, and goals.
Desired Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel, Mailchimp, Salesforce, and social media platforms.
- Curiosity and the ongoing pursuit of enhancing the impact of the organization.

Position Details:
This is a full-time position, and salary is commensurate with experience. The National Register office is conveniently located at Metro Center in Washington, DC, though the staff is currently working remotely until Spring 2021 at minimum.
